Add (alt)chromstart and (alt)chromend for NULL (alt)chrom region of .(m)cool files

.coolRegion(file, chrom, resolution)

Arguments

file: Path to .(m)cool file
chrom: Chromosome of region; can also be altchromosome
resolution: Resolution to read chromsome info from

Value

A list of length two containing the chromosome start position (1) and the chromosome length.
